Gabriel leads The Tech Guy and The Tech Group, two trading identities of The Tech Group Strategies Pty Ltd. The Tech Guy solves technology problems for homes and businesses across the Sunshine Coast, face to face, and that's where the trust was built.
But he kept seeing the same pattern: businesses spending more on technology every year and understanding less of what they were paying for. Their IT providers were managing infrastructure, not building intelligence.
